Under the Terms and Conditions of the AEOS 3 Scheme, participants must comply with the rules of the Scheme and where, as a result of administrative or on the spot checks, breaches are detected appropriate sanctions must be applied. Payments in respect of the AEOS 3 2013 scheme year issued in 2014, and where breaches in respect of 2013 had been found, reductions and penalties were applied to the 2013 payment.
