I wish to confirm that payments have issued to the person named in respect of applications lodged under the 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010 Single Payment Schemes on foot of the positive outcome of the review in question. There is no record of a 2008 application having been lodged by the person named.

Payments, as set out as follows, were made by Electronic Fund Transfer directly to the nominated bank account of the person named dated 6 June 2013.

2006 payment - € 66.12;

2007 payment - € 81.45;

2009 payment - € 90.15;

2010 payment - € 90.15;
