In the context of the delivery of the LEADER elements of the Rural Development Programme 2007-2013 (RDP) there is a single agreement between my Department and Breffni Integrated Limited and Monaghan Integrated Ltd for the delivery of LEADER support in counties Cavan and Monaghan. This resulted in systems where projects were reported to my Department through the joint venture Cavan Monaghan LEADER.

My Department does, however, maintain information on expenditure at a county level and the following table details the level of expenditure to date registered for the measures under the RDP in counties Cavan and Monaghan.

The publication of beneficiaries under the EU Common Agricultural Policy was subject to legal challenge by another Member State. The European Court of Justice judgement prohibited the publication of certain beneficiaries and due to this Ireland only publishes details of payments to the Local Action Groups that administer the Programme. In January 2014 this issue was resolved to allow payments in respect of the 2014 EU financial year to be published in May 2015.
