87. To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation when a determination will be made on an appeal for a work permit in respect of a person (details supplied); if any further information is required to assist the application; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30549/14]

This application was refused on 17June 2014. I understand that in accordance with Section 13 of the Employment Permits Act 2006, the applicant sought a review of this refusal decision and this matter is now under consideration. If further information is required an official of my Department will be in touch with the applicant in this regard.
