784. To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 433 of 1 July 2014, the administrative basis upon which health care will be made available under the forthcoming redress for women who were in certain institutions Bill 2014, for qualifying women living abroad. [29845/14]

Access to health services for participants living abroad will be dealt with on an administrative basis by the HSE due to the wide variation of country health system's organisation.

Arrangements to be put in place will be dependent on, and appropriate to, the specific circumstances of the individual and the country of residence and its health system organisation.
