To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to reports that surveillance equipment was illegally used in an office used by maintenance staff at Letterkenny General Hospital; if he will reassure staff at Letterkenny General Hospital that their right to privacy in the workplace was not compromised; if he will establish if this practice has not occurred anywhere else within the heath system; and his plans to ensure that it does not re-occur [29485/14]
