To ask the Taoiseach if he will detail, in tabular form, the use of external public relations firms employed by his Department since coming to office; a list of uses of each external public relations firm; the internal Department policy with regard to employing external groups; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The following table provides details of external public relations firms employed by my Department since 9 March 2011. My Department ensures it gets best value for money in the procurement of all goods and services and keeps to a minimum the engagement of public relations or external consultants. In the cases set out below this was limited to engagement for work carried out for Ireland's EU Presidency and work on the Constitutional Convention.
