The school building project referred to by the Deputy reached substantial completion in August 2013. My Department has not been informed of any outstanding issues with regard to matters referred to by the Deputy. If there are matters of concern arising then the relevant landowners should be asked to write directly to the Principal Officer, Major Projects (Design & Construction) Section, Planning and Building Unit, Department of Education & Skills, Portlaoise Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Any correspondence should clearly set out the issues to be considered. My Department officials will then respond directly to the landowners in question.
