To ask the Minister for Health if he will confirm that the manufacturer of the drug fampyra has submitted a revised application to the Health Service Executive for its inclusion in the GMS and community drugs scheme; if it has, the date on which it was received; and when a decision will be made by the Health Service Executive. The Health Service Executive (HSE) is responsible for the administration of the primary care schemes, therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
