An application for domiciliary care allowance was received from the person concerned on the 28th November 2013. This application was found not medically eligible for the allowance and a letter issued on 26 February 2014 advising of the decision to disallow the application.
The person concerned requested a review of the decision and this review was completed by a Deciding Officer on 16 June 2014. The Deciding Officer, following consideration of all the information supplied, decided that a revision of the original decision was not warranted. A letter issued notifying her of the review decision on 16
June 2014.
