To ask the Minister for Finance the number of freedom of information requests received by his Department in connection with the liquidation of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation; the number that have been responded to; the number refused, in whole or in part; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that twelve freedom of information requests were received regarding the liquidation of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation. Of these eleven were responded to and refused in whole. One request was withdrawn and was dealt with directly outside the FOI process.
