I have been advised by the HSE that the matter was referred to the Assistant National Director HR - Dublin North East for attention on 30th May, 2014 who has subsequently written to arrange a meeting with the person concerned. I understand that as of yesterday 10^thJune the person had not yet responded to the HSE.
