302. To ask the Minister for Social Protection the legislative provisions in respect of her Department that has been passed by the Oireachtas since 2011 but have not come into effect to date; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [24155/14]

A number of amendments to the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 which have been enacted since 2011 have still to come into effect and these are set out in the table.
