168. To ask the Minister for Finance the amount of vendor finance provided by the National Asset Management Agency to date; the amount presently outstanding; the number of transactions to which vendor finance has been provided; the number of transactions to which vendor finance has been provided which relate to property located in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Britain; and the amount of interest booked and paid to NAMA in respect of vendor finance in 2013. I refer the Deputy to page 21 of NAMA's Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2013, which is available on the Agency's website, .  NAMA has, as set out in its Annual Report, advanced €373m to date across six transactions, four of which relate to properties in the Republic of Ireland and two in the UK.  These loans are fully performing.
