I am advised by the Office of the Revenue Commissioners the individual's file has been amended to reflect the new PPSN. A revised Tax Credit Certificate issued to the person concerned and to her employer on the 16^thMay 2014. The person concerned should contact her employer to have the details of her payslip amended to reflect the change.
