An application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme was received in my Department from the person named on 10 May 2013. Following a LPIS review, overclaims, totalling 0.46 hectares, were identified in respect of 4 land parcels. The application was processed for payment on this basis and payment issued in two instalments on 18 October and 5 December 2013. An official from my Department has sent the 2013 payment details for the person named and has directly contacted the person named as the Deputy requested.
