My Department received a 2012 Transfer of Entitlements application on 22^ndJan 2014 to transfer 7.64 entitlements from the first person named to the second person named by way of a one- year lease. Although this application was received after the closing date of 15^thMay 2012 it was accepted on Force Majeure grounds. The Transfer of entitlements application has been processed and acceptance letters have issued to the persons named. Payment will issue shortly.
