363. To ask the Minister for Social Protection the extent of any arrears due in respect of jobseeker's allowance or other payment in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Meath; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [22262/14]

The person concerned was awarded Jobseekers Allowance of €100.00 from 27thJanuary 2014, which is the maximum for a customer between the ages of 18-24 years. He received his first payment on 5th March 2014.
The person concerned is repaying a previous overpayment and a deduction of €15.00 per week is currently being made from his weekly payment. Once this overpayment is repaid in full, he will revert to a payment of €100.00. There are no outstanding arrears due to the person concerned.
