To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to a change in approach by a hospital (details supplied) from allowing open access to primary dental care to requiring patients to have referral letters from a local dentist; and if his Department has been monitoring this development in view of the significant funding received by the hospital in question from the Health Service Executive.
