To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if any telephone calls in or out of his Department are being, or ever have been recorded, and if so, if he will provide details of the systems used to record and store such calls, the cost to his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department does not nor never had a policy of recording telephone calls received in or made from its offices.
