To ask the Minister for Health further to the closure of St. Ita's Hospital, Portrane, in September 2011, the amount that has been spent by Health Service Executive north Dublin on private beds for public patients in the mental health service since that date; the amount that was spent on same in each year from 2009 to 2013; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
