To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality in relation to sulky racing on public roads, if it is still the legal position that the Summary Jurisdiction Ireland Act from the 1800s requires persons to display the name of the owner of the horse drawn vehicle and the townland where they reside on the vehicle; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
