EI does not have any industrial land in its portfolio. In September 2008, the former EI Headquarters site at Glasnevin became vacant due to the relocation of the EI Dublin offices to East Point Business Park. Part of the site was transferred to Dublin City University to facilitate the development of an internationally‐ recognised “Innovation Campus”. The remainder was transferred to the Department of Education and Skills.
