296. To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the number of complaints made to the Rights Commissioner Service regarding breaches of section 18 of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 in the years 2012, 2013 and to date in 2014. [17435/14]

The details of the number of complaints referred to the Rights Commissioner Service regarding breaches under section 18 of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 for the years 2012, 2013 and to date in 2014 are set out in the following table.
