To ask the Minister for Education and Skills in the context of the investment and development of the Dublin Institute of Technology which is preparing to relocate its constituent colleges to Grangegorman, the plans envisaged for the buildings currently in use by DIT such as those on Bolton Street and Cathal Brugha Street which have a long association of educational use for the public; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It is envisaged that the property portfolio of Dublin Institute of Technology shall be disposed of with proceeds utilised against the overall costs of development of the Grangegorman site.
