To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government if he will provide a breakdown of the 5,000 social housing units being delivered each year through a variety of sources, including regeneration, direct construction, leasing and the securing of National Asset Management Agency units. I expect the final output across all social housing programmes for 2014 to be in the region of 5,000 new housing units as set out in the following table.
