254. To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the means open to a person (details supplied) in County Cork to make a formal complaint regarding the service provided by the National Driver Licence Service; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15483/14]

The operation of the National Driver Licensing Service - including the complaints procedures - is the statutory responsibility of the Road Safety Authority.  I have therefore referred the question to the Authority for direct response.  I would ask the Deputy to contact my office is a response has not been received within ten days.
