169. To ask the Minister for Finance the working capital the National Asset Management Agency has had to invest into the operation and trading of a company (details supplied); the reason, since NAMA reneged on the management buy-out pursuant to agreement dated 27 January 2014; and if he will make a statement on the matter. This matter was comprehensively addressed in my responses to the Deputy's recent Parliamentary Questions (PQ), including in response to PQs 209 - 213 and 257 which were answered on 25th March 2014, and by my colleague Minister Bruton in the Oireachtas on Tuesday 11th March 2014. NAMA is subject to similar legal requirements as other lenders that preclude it from discussing the financial details of its debtors with any third party.  NAMA has acted appropriately all times in this matter in line with legal advice.
