To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 583 of 22 October 2013, in relation to an assessment and operation in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, where it states that an appointment will be given before the end of December, when this person will be given an appointment in view of the fact that this is now urgent and an appointment should be given immediately.
