To ask the Minister for Health if he will provide clarification on two matters related to waiting lists for hospital care; if he will provide a breakdown of figures regarding waiting times for a consultant visit in 2011, 2012 and 2013 in all the regional hospitals; and if he will provide a similar itemisation for waiting times for treatment for the same years again in the same hospitals.
