To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs further to Parliamentary Question No. 569 of 26 November 2013, the progress of the negotiations taking place between the Health Service Executive and Holles Street, St. Brigid’s and St. Patrick Guild on the transfer of adoption files; and when these files will be released to the Health Service Executive.
