152. To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the implications for agencies funded by his Department that fail to comply with consolidated public sector pay scales by continuing to make top-up payments to staff; when he expects this issue to be definitively resolved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. All agencies under my Department’s remit are subject to the provisions of public sector pay policy and are required to confirm, at regular intervals, their compliance with this policy. The majority of agencies have responded thus far to the latest canvass and all have confirmed that no public servant in their respective agencies is in receipt of any top up payments or remuneration greater than that sanctioned by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. I will revert to the Deputy with a comprehensive reply when responses from outstanding agencies have been received.
