The Companies Registration Office website provides a facility whereby any person can search by company name or company number for any company registered in Ireland. The Companies Registration Office website allows a user to view the history of all the documents that the company has filed in accordance with its obligations under company law. This service is free to all members of the public.

The company to which the Deputy refers is registered in the Companies Registration Office as a guarantee company without a share capital. I am informed that the company paid late filing penalties in respect of the annual returns for the years 2006, 2007 and 2013. It is currently up-to-date in relation to its annual return and accounts filing obligations.
