To ask the Minister for Health the number of Health Service Executive employees who have been removed from its sick-leave scheme in each of the years 2011, 2012 and 2013 in each of its administrative regions; the number of employees disciplined or dismissed for abuse of the sick-leave scheme in each of the same years in each of the administrative areas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
