500. To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government if he has met with representatives of Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists in relation to the impact of the new building regulations on the profession; if he has considered the onerous obligations it places on members of CIAT who wish to be included on the register; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the new regulations will have a considerable impact on those who practice here; if he will address this issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
