To ask the Minister for Health the number of ambulances being delayed for more than 20 minutes at each of the Dublin hospitals (details supplied) because the ambulances are waiting for their trolleys to be returned; the figures for the most recent three months for which data are available; and the length of time each ambulance has been delayed.
