To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 670 of 2 February 2014, the other options available to a person in County Cork who lives next door to two unused buildings and a yard owned by the same person who refuses permission to allow an exterminator access to blocked up areas where rodents are entering their property (details supplied). The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal services which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act, 2004. Accordingly, my Department has requested the HSE to have the matter investigated and to reply directly to the Deputy.
