To ask the Minister for Health the reason files and documents held by the CAMHS Service in County Kildare have not been passed to the CAMHS Service in Wexford where a person (details supplied) is currently in residential care; if this situation regarding the person can be reviewed by the CAMHS Service in Wexford as a matter of urgency and the support required be received; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
