In accordance with Section 13 of the Pyrite Resolution Act 2013 I have recently approved the draft pyrite remediation scheme and directed the Board to make the scheme which has now been done. The scheme has been laid before both House s of the Oireachtas in accordance with the terms of the Act. I understand that the Board will begin accepting applications later this month.
