To ask the Minister for Health if capital investment is being considered for a new unit that will alleviate the pressure at peak time in the context of the high capacity levels at University Hospital Galway, which is in the Galway-Roscommon hospital group; and if he will confirm if Merlin Park is being used for step-down purposes to alleviate pressure on other health facilities.
