To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality if it is his intention to introduce into law the crime of not coming to the assistance of a person in danger, provided that such assistance would not endanger the person assisting and that the person is in a position to provide such assistance, as exists in other jurisdictions; and if not, the reason for same.
