202. To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 593 of 26 November 2013, if the Health Service Executive have reported on this matter to him; if he will ensure that either he, his Department officials or HSE officials make contact with a person (details supplied) and provide an update on the situation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have been in touch with the Health Service Executive (HSE) who advise that they are making every effort possible to locate records in this case. However, given the time lines in this case, it is proving extremely difficult to access any records. The HSE will be in touch with the Deputy and will make whatever report is possible available to her.
