To ask the Minister for Health the position regarding the inquiry which was established in November 2012 into allegations of improper and illegal advice given to pregnant women in various State-funded Irish Family Planning Association clinics; the reason the investigation has been downgraded to an audit; the reason, despite assurances in July 2013 that a report would be published in seven to eight weeks, that there is still no report available; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
