In respect of the first contract, all grant and premiums have been paid to date. In respect of the second contract, the second instalment of the grant has been withheld due to outstanding remedial works. The applicant’s forester was notified in May 2013 about the outstanding works and the applicant should consult with his forester regarding a timeframe for completion of these works. No further payments will be made on this contract until the site is deemed by the Department to be up to the required standard.
