The person concerned did not attend a scheduled oral hearing relating to an appeal against a decision of an overpayment of one-parent family payment for the period 12 June 2008 to 31 December 2008. It is open to the person concerned to contact the Social Welfare Appeals Office to seek a further hearing in relation to this matter.
