The person concerned is an applicant for grant-aid under the TAMS Dairy Equipment Scheme and has received approval to proceed with investment works in regard to two separate applications. My Department has no record of having received a payment claim in respect of either application.

The person concerned is an applicant under the TAMS Dairy Equipment Scheme and submitted an application in the final tranche which closed on 31 December 2013. The application is currently being examined and a decision will be made as soon as possible.
