An application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on 17^th April 2013. Payments under the Single Payment Scheme issued directly to the nominated bank account of the person named, the first instalment issuing on 16^th October and the balancing payment issuing on 2 December.

Payment under the 2013 Disadvantaged Areas Scheme issued directly to the nominated bank account of the person named on 20 December 2013.
