The HSE's commitment, set out in the 2013 Service Plan, is to respond to 75% of parliamentary questions within 15 working days of referral. The HSE is currently responding to over 80% of parliamentary questions within 15 days of referral and 57% within 10 days. 2014 will be a challenging year but the goal is to continue to maintain and improve those response times within that overall commitment.
