The Department was recently notified that this applicant has been deceased since 7^th September 2013. Therefore, no further payments can issue on the deceased’s afforestation contracts until appropriate instructions have been received by the Department from the Personal Representatives of the deceased’s estate. The Department has already supplied information to these Personal Representatives about the relevant procedures relating to the applicant’s contracts.
