The information requested by the Deputy is contained in the table below. As the Offices updated their Financial Management Systems during 2004 the breakdown requested by the Deputy is not readily available for that year. It should be noted that the amounts shown in the table are different from the amounts given in the reply to the previous Question because those figures included not just brief fees but, as requested, all payments to senior counsel including for other services such as advice/opinions, written submissions etc.
